Accessing the Megaport Portal User and Company Settings
The Settings menu in the Megaport Portal is used to administer your User and Company details.
The Settings menu is located under the User menu at the right of the Portal header bar.
Choose User Menu > Settings.
Using the Settings menu
The Settings menu is split into two groups.
- User – User settings allow you to manage settings for your own user account.
- Admin – Admin settings allow you to create and update company settings, if you have Company Admin privileges.
Note
The following image shows the options available to a Company Admin. The options you see depend on your Megaport account role.
Setting the language
Use the Language option to set the language for the Megaport Portal. Select your preferred language from the drop-down list.
Note
To set the language for the documentation, click the globe icon on the top right of this page and select your preferred language from the drop-down list.
Sending feedback
Click Send Feedback to let us know if you have any comments on Megaport’s products, Portal, or documentation.

Note
To send feedback about the documentation, click Send Feedback on the top of this page, fill in the form, and click Submit.
Logging out
Click Logout to safely log out of your Megaport Portal session.
