If you are unable to resolve your issue through any of the troubleshooting topics, contact Megaport Support. Before contacting support for assistance, collect the following information.
Megaport required data
Company Name – Provide the Company Name associated with the service. If you are working on behalf of another company, make sure you have been set up as a user on their Megaport account to receive support. For user details, see Adding and Modifying Users.
Service ID (if applicable) – The Service ID is a unique alphanumeric reference associated with each service. The Service ID appears next to the service name on the Services page.
Details of enquiry, question, or requirement – Provide a detailed summary of how Megaport can assist. If relevant, provide any screenshots or links to documentation.
