Creating an MVE Integrated with Aruba Overview

This topic provides an overview of the configuration methods used to create an MVE integrated with Aruba.

You can configure the MVE using one of two methods:

  • Create a preconfigured appliance template in Aruba Orchestrator. In the Megaport Portal, you identify the MVE using the system tag associated with the template. Aruba automates the appliance approval and configuration process when using a system tag. This method eliminates the manual steps required to upgrade software, perform reboots, and apply device configurations. For more information, see Creating an MVE Using an Aruba System Tag.
