How can my customers connect to my services?

Your customers can connect via the internet or privately using on-ramps (Port, MCR, or MVE) on Megaport’s network. Private connectivity, similar to how enterprises connect to Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), offers better performance, security, and resilience. Creating on-ramps is simple and enables your customers to connect to your services seamlessly.

What other services and platforms can I connect with on the Megaport Marketplace?

Megaport Marketplace includes hundreds of service providers, ranging from AI and UCaaS-focused to industry-specific platforms. You can connect to these providers using Megaport’s network the same way you access the cloud or data centers.

If a service provider isn’t yet on the Megaport Marketplace, we can help onboard them quickly.

How do I connect to AIx or FSx?

AIx is an ecosystem of service providers offering high-performance infrastructure for AI workloads. You can access hyperscale AI services like Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, or specialized compute providers such as DigitalOcean, Vultr, and Latitude.sh. FSx is an ecosystem of enterprises and service providers in the financial services industry, built for high-speed data exchange over a resilient interconnection.

To connect to AIx or FSx, create an access service (Port, MCR, or MVE) on our network, and then create a Virtual Cross Connect (VXC) to any service provider in the AIx or FSx Exchange. You can discover all AIx and FSx service providers through the Megaport Marketplace.

How do I offer my services on the Megaport Marketplace?

To list your services:

1. Log in to the Megaport Portal.

2. Create a Megaport Marketplace profile.

3. Create your on-ramps (Port, MCR, or MVE).

Your on-ramps will be publicly visible access points for customers to connect to via a VXC. If you prefer private connections, you can create a Megaport Marketplace profile and use private service keys.

Do I need to pay to join the Megaport Marketplace?

No, there are no costs associated with listing your services on the Megaport Marketplace.

Do I need to sign more contracts to list in the Megaport Marketplace?

No additional contracts are needed to list services. If you plan to resell Megaport, you can sign a Global Reseller Agreement (GRA).
