Your company profile includes your account name and unique account identifier. Entering an account name is mandatory when signing up for a Megaport account. However, you can change the account name defined for your company profile.
The account name is the name your company is known by in the Portal and on your Megaport Marketplace profile. Your account name might differ from your registered Company Legal Name.
To update a company profile
  1. Visit the and log in.
  2. Choose User Menu > Admin Settings > Company Profile.
  3. Edit your account name.
  4. Click Save.
