Megaport required data
- Company Name — Provide the Company Name associated with the service. If you are working on behalf of another company, make sure you have been set up as a user on their Megaport account to receive support. For user details, see Adding and Modifying Users.
- Service ID (if applicable) — The Service ID is a unique alphanumeric reference associated with each service. The Service ID appears next to the service name on the Services page.
- Details of inquiry, question, or requirement — Provide a detailed summary of how Megaport can assist. If relevant, provide any screenshots or links to documentation.
