Click the Edit Profile button to go to the Megaport Marketplace profile page. You can hide this message by clicking the Hide This Message button and selecting a duration from the drop-down list. If you cannot see the message, it means it has already been hidden or your profile is already available to the Megaport Marketplace. To filter the Megaport Marketplace providers The Megaport Marketplace displays a list of all providers in the format of functional groups, or a list. You can filter based on functional grouping, as shown on the tabs, or on any of the search criteria shown below the tabs. To filter Megaport Marketplace providers using the Exchange tabs The Exchange tabs on the search banner represent functional groups chosen on their profiles by the Megaport Marketplace providers.
- Ecosystem — This tab shows all the Megaport Marketplace providers.
- Financial Services Exchange — This exchange tab shows all the Megaport Marketplace providers that provide Financial Services.
- AI Exchange — This exchange tab shows all the Megaport Marketplace providers that provide AI services.
- Voice+Video Exchange — This exchange tab shows all the Megaport Marketplace providers that provide voice and video services.
- Company Name — Filter by name or character string to find matching companies.

Rate Limit — Filter by the maximum possible speed of the Port.
The speed does not reflect the actual speed for the connection, but only the maximum possible.
- Provider Type — Filter by the type of service. Each service type includes various sub-categories to allow more granular filtering.
- Country — Filter the providers based on the country locations of their Ports.
- From the provider profile page, find the interconnect location you want then click +Connect.
- In the New VXC Connection page, select one of your Ports as the source of the connection.
- Click Next.

Complete the connection details.

If the service provider has configured a form to collect additional information, complete the Service Request Form step. Forms streamline onboarding by gathering all necessary details upfront.

- Click Add VXC.
- Click Review Order.
- Review the Order Services agreement and click Order Now.
