Megaport Limits and Quotas - Megaport Documentation

This topic summarizes the limits and quotas for the Megaport Portal and Megaport services.

Megaport Portal

Activity Log Retention	6 months	No	The maximum number of days Megaport retains activity logs. To retrieve logs older than 6 months, contact Megaport Support.
API Key Token Expiry	The minimum is 5 minutes and the maximum is 24 hours.	No	The expiry period of access tokens ranges from a minimum of 5 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
API Key Requests	100 API keys per company	Yes	The maximum number of API keys per company is 100. To change it, contact Megaport Support.

Port

Megaport Internet

Megaport Cloud Router (MCR)

Maximum Number of Interfaces per VXC	5	No	The maximum number of Interfaces per VXC. This refers to the number of Layer 3 interfaces (with IP addresses and BGP sessions or static routes) that you can configure on a single VXC connected to an MCR.
