This topic introduces account administration, pricing, and billing for the Megaport Portal. You can manage your Megaport Portal account, users, pricing, and billing from these sections:
  • Portal Admin — Administer your user and company details, including security settings, webhooks, activity logs, and Letters of Authorization, from the Settings menu in the Megaport Portal.
  • Pricing — Quote and plan the cost of Megaport services, and manage contract terms and Early Termination Fees.
  • Billing — Manage your billing and accounts receivable process, including invoices, payment methods, and billing markets.
