# Capacity Error While Provisioning Services

> This help topic helps troubleshoot errors that might appear while provisioning a service.

When configuring a service in the Megaport Portal, Megaport API, or Megaport Terraform Provider, an error or API response alerts you that there are no free Ports available at the specified location.

## Troubleshooting action

This error appears if the specified location is already at capacity. To resolve this error, choose another location.
