# Providing Debug Information for Faster Support

The Debug Information page shows detailed information related to your Megaport Portal session. This data is useful for Megaport Support when troubleshooting, and can assist in reproducing the issue.

**To view the Debug Information page**

1. Log in to the <Link href="https://portal.megaport.com">Megaport Portal</Link> and click the Debug Information icon located in the status bar at the bottom of the screen.

2. Click **Copy to Clipboard** and then paste the contents into your email or chat session with Support.
