# Netskope One SD-WAN with Megaport Virtual Edge

> This help topic describes Netskope One SD-WAN with Megaport MVE functionality.

Netskope One SD-WAN on Megaport's MVE delivers secure access service edge (SASE) capabilities directly on Megaport's global private SDN. By integrating Netskope One SD-WAN with MVE, you can deploy a unified SASE platform without physical hardware, shipping delays, or data center rack space.

Megaport provides the network underlay, while Netskope One SD-WAN manages the network connections and network policies. You use the Megaport Portal to create and order MVE instances and establish Virtual Cross Connects (VXCs) to cloud on-ramps and other services on the Megaport SDN.

## Netskope One SD-WAN

Netskope One SD-WAN is a unified SASE platform that converges networking and security services.

Key capabilities include:

* **Zero trust network access (ZTNA)** -- Secure access to private applications based on identity and context.
* **Secure web gateway (SWG)** -- Protect users from web-based threats with real-time inspection.
* **Cloud access security broker (CASB)** -- Control and secure access to cloud applications and data.
* **Next-generation firewall (NGFW)** -- Enforce security policies with application-aware firewall controls.
* **SD-WAN** -- Optimize traffic routing and application performance across your network.
* **Data loss prevention (DLP)** -- Prevent sensitive data exfiltration with inline inspection.

Netskope One SD-WAN is managed through the Netskope One portal, providing centralized visibility and policy management across all deployment locations.
